The last session of the program took place last we

The last session of the program took place last week. We hope that the participants now have more tools and methods to manage change and transitions.

But mostly, we hope they have shared experiences, knowledge and competence with other in the same situation.

Being an expat means, a person who lives outside of their native country. Though being privileged, as expats you are going through more changes and transitions than "normal".

This is a workshop that gives a better understanding of the difficulty of our reality and how to navigate through the variety of changes that comes with a life lived abroad.

You'll get tools to facilitate and support you through change.

The method is based on understandings why something works and then building upon that. The development agencySTHLM has produced a guide for how you can work in your project or during your meetings.

Soon we @utvecklingsbyransthlm and @demokratibygget will end a project where we as a team have designed a program and training for democracy ambassadors and also developed a campaign strategy for 9 weeks.

When following up the goals, some of them are not only achieved but exceeded ✨ feels wonderful!

Success factors as a team have been: -conscious teamwork
-we have been taken advantage of each other's skills
-we have been working in a structured and planned way
-at the same time have had a lot of fun along the way!

Its never to early to celebrate🎉

Yesterday we started our new project by celebrating. We had dinner and bubbles, talking about our expectations and fears right now and how to overcome those.

As s team we celebrated our individual strengths, we sorted out our roles and planned for what’s the next step in the project.

Looking forward to see what we as a team can make!
